    I would like to know if befit level one should be done every day or every other day workout with weights one day then befit the next.

    scott if you read this and i'm just wondering, when I leave a post other people reply and I don't really want there reply because there not you, is there some where I can leave a post and get a answer from you, because thats why i'm here for your advise not someone else I know nothing about.

    I dont want advise from people I dont know, Ill listen but it doesnt mean much I know who you are I have watched a lot of your videos and i do so of your routines and i started befit for cardio, I'm not trying to be a ass, but if you go to the doctor and the guy in the waiting room gives you medical advise im sure you will listen but still want to talk to the doctor, and I dont mind waiting to heard from you, Its all good.
