Hey Scott, I have a few questions.
Can this routine be done in addition to regular workout routines? Or will you overwork your body? I'm trying to do muscle building routines as well as this, and normally try to do some cardio like swimming laps as well. For the cardio, I have looked into HIIT a little and am trying to swim/run in that style. Also, I've read that doing abs and then an HIIT cardio after as soon as you wake up and before you eat can increase results, so I'm thinking about doing this in the morning when I wake up and then some cardio, and then hitting the gym later in the day. Is this okay or will I be doing too much?
Also, I'm a beginner and have just done a little personal research into this, so if you have any insight or suggestions feel free to let me know.
