I start my 12 week program as of tomorrow.
I am 6'2, weighing around 200 pound (90kg), with a bf % of approximately 20.5
Macros look like this:
P- 240g
F- 50g
C- 350g
Goal is to lose fat and gain lean muscle.
Any thoughts on this would be much appreciated :)
