Last week I started a training program I optimised for myself, both yesterday and today I had felt a lot less sore than last week, although I did the same exact exercises maybe even with more effort and mind muscle connection this time. I am just wondering why that is? Is it that my body got used to the exercises or is it that my nervous system just got used to soreness after me being sore all of last week. Or maybe it is that last week's soreness had triggered something in my body to trigger faster muscle repair.
Anyway I'd love to know what is going on.

@_daniil__2000_ it's probably just from your body getting used to the routine/exercises. It happens. But it doesn't mean the routine stopped working. You'll generally feel sore when you start something new - which is what you did when you started this training program. Now that you've done it a few times, the body is adjusting.
However, also keep in mind you need to progressively overload where you can - so if you were doing the same weights and reps and sets as last week, your body already did that so it's like 'no big deal'. Try to at least add in some extra reps or a little more weight and that could keep the soreness.. but like I say, not necessarilly a bad thing that it's gone.

Exactly as Scott stated - this is the adaptation your body develops from training. This is a good thing and is how you become bigger and stronger.
