Just wanted to get some ideas on how everyone else is taking their whey protein supplement. It's been years of broscience saying you need to take it within 30 minutes after your workout. This seems legitiamte because of how fast the shakes work into your body, and your body's need for protein after breaking down all your muscle fibers.
However I have recently been reading a few articles on why you can take the protein whenever you want as long as you get enough for the day. Just wanted to see how everyone else is doing it and maybe et some new ideas out there. Also let me know if you feel what you are doing now works better than previous methods. Thanks :D
