If you only want to raise your test then no, it's a waste of money. If however you want to get pumped up to crush it at the gym, avoid getting sick and get a nice pump, then it's probably one of the best all-in-one supplement's on the market. The original question isn't even about test, it's about taking it on an empty stomach. I can account that this sucks, I'd either get a stomach ache or be trying to force it from puking up 20 minutes into my workout. I always ended up taking it like 40-50 minutes AFTER a meal before working out.. that way my stomach seemed to handle it and I'd get killer workouts done.
