I don't know if this belongs here, and I already contacted support but I would like to see if it happened with someone other than me. So I wanted to do the 12 week challenge and as you know some parts of it are for platinum member only. So I activated the 1 month free which did not work and that's fine as 8$ is pretty low so I paid it. And I got my platinum account 2 days ago and everything was super fine. I still have all the receipts. Now I logged in today to get my 3rd day routine which I need to do in 7 hours and I found out I am a gold member, and I did not change any single thing in the account, it came just by itself. So basicaly now I have to wait for customer support which might not answer me before a couple of days (from previous experience with other websites) which means my routine is broken and I have to re-do everything. As I have no access to the exercises that are labelled as platinum. So please guys if this happened to someone can u inform me what u did?
