Originally from Liverpool (where the Beetles came from) in the UK. Lived there until 2004 when we moved to France. Started working for Coca-Cola and they asked me to move to the Corporate office in Atlanta in 2013. Been lifting weights since I was 14 but that is only what I was doing. Just lifting the weights. Not really pushing myself, not much intensity and slow (if any) progressive overload. 48 yrs old and last year experienced an AFib then a TIA the following week. Lost my brother (50 yrs old) in March 2020 from Cancer. This made me more determined to be in the best shape of my life by the time I am 50. Always enjoyed healthy eating and don't like Fast Food, period! However I do enjoy a glass of wine, especially having lived in France so need to dial that back. Probably what's limited my gains so far. Looking forward to starting Scott's program and really tuning into my meal plan.
