About Me
I was a professional swimmer from 5 to 17 years old, then a water polo player from 17 to 28 years old, then like most people; life took me away from my workout passion. Now i am in my 50s and finally got back on track, trying to gain my muscles back, and hopefully/eventually will try to compete in bodybuilding for 50s and up years old. I have been following Scott for almost a year now, and his techniques work just perfect for me.
