About Me
I started losing weight over three years ago. I am 6'2". My top weight was 263. I also had to lower my cholesterol as well topping out at 244. I am proud to say as of today I have my nutrition right and I am working out three or four days a week. My last cholesterol test was 185! Good nutrition and exercise. Take note that I am almost 58 years old. 60 is the new 40. I feel great. Needed to change up my fitness so I thought I would give your website a try.
