Hi Scott.
I have this machine for hack squat . What do you think ? Am I going 90 degrees? Is that how it's supposed to be done ?

@Karen1987 Go as low as your mobility will allow. Ideally I would have you getting a little bit lower if possible.
I noticed on a few of your first reps that you hit some safety pins, are those move-able so that you could move them lower to get a bit more ROM, or are they set in place?
The safety pins are not move-able . Should I do another exercise since I am not able to go lower ? And if so what can I do interested?
@Karen1987 Just because you can't go below 90 degrees doesn't mean you have to stop using the hack squat. You can still do it! Just could be more beneficial to get a little deeper.
Best way to do that instead will be to just squat, if you have a squat rack? Looks like you are training at home right?
