Hey Scott!

 

I really love PPL. I'm fine with everything just my chest is lacking. Is there a way to add more exercises for my chest, because I feel like my chest needs a lil bit more work. If yes, what exercises would you recommend?

@wojiaoash Just pick one of your 'rest' days and do some more chest training then! It doesn't have to be a full blown chest workout with 20 sets or anything, but maybe pick one or two exercises and hit 10 sets so you are getting a bit more frequency for your chest!

 

Maybe go with a flat dumbbell press and chest dips for example!
