Heyy i got the push/pull/legs workout and started it a month ago and it's amazing. Now i've reached month 2 and started PUSH-B but i think there's a small error; there's the REVERSE PULLDOWN exercise...
It's not a pushing exercise so i think that there's a typo error between PUSHdown and PULLdown, anw i did the PUSHdown exrcise instead.
Am i right?
