@JayMadison I like to keep my warm-ups fairly simple. If I'm training anything around upper body, I'll typically do some shoulder warm-ups (like shoulder breakers, arm circles etc.) and then I'll do a few warm-up sets of my first exercise.
If I'm doing lower body, I'll typically do the same thing, except I'll also add in some lower back mobility movements!
