Does the program have a suggested dynamic warm up(s)?

I was curious how you recommened warming up and how you would pair this with cardio training. I didn't see it covered in the program info.

@JayMadison I like to keep my warm-ups fairly simple. If I'm training anything around upper body, I'll typically do some shoulder warm-ups (like shoulder breakers, arm circles etc.) and then I'll do a few warm-up sets of my first exercise.

 

If I'm doing lower body, I'll typically do the same thing, except I'll also add in some lower back mobility movements!
