So just as the title says, I completed the 12 weeks, went through workouts A, B and C. I really liked this style of training, I got really good results adding around 8lbs of muscle in these 12 weeks. So now what? any recommendations? Should i just keep going with workouts C and try to add more weigth? Or should I move on to another one of the full programs?

@Rickacano Gaining 8lbs of muscle during the program is great man! You obviously trained hard and ate well! You can definitely keep going with the program if you've still been making progress towards the end of your first 12 week run through.

The other option if you're enjoying the PPL type split and thing you're ready for a bit more advanced program would be to move on to Cheat & Recover. Though that might be better saved for if / when you hit a plateau.

You don't have to stick to only the C workouts if you run through PPL again though, you can focus on it a bit more if you like while style cycling between the A and B workouts as well.

Just remember to take a deload week no matter what you decide to do.

Thanks Scott, I might just continue with PPL for a couple of months more. Another question, although I been getting good gains and a notorious increase in strength, I still have problems loosing fat, I'm not really sure what to do regarding my meal plan. Should I try first to get more gains and then go thorugh a cut phase? I don't think Im into the body recomposition stage anymore.

Btw, my gains have been pretty clean, adding close to 0 fat and even my fat % has decreased a good 5%

@Rickacano Well if you are in a surplus to gain muscle then it's going to be hard to lose fat at the same time if you're not a newbie. If your body fat % has decreased by 5% while gaining muscle that's already really good though! You might have just burnt through what fat you could lose while in a surplus. As long as your body fat % isn't above 20% then you can continue your lean bulk and cut a little later.
