Am I training properly

I want to get strong and big and I don't know if I'm doing it right.

Hi, I am a 23 year old guy, I weigh around 76kg and I train 4-5 days a week. I do a push-pull-legs program. I want to get bigger but also every Saturday I do a strength based routine. My main goals are to get a big bench press and get more muscular overall. So most days I will do a pyramid type workout going from 12 to 10,8,6 reps increasing the weight but on Saturdays I will do 3x5 on the bench but it is so frustrating cause this tactic helped me get my bench to 100kg but I cannot seem to get past it. I do pause reps, I do overhead press, heavy skull crushers and dips. I don't know what else to do to get my bench up. My diet is on point, I sleep 8 hrs every night, I hydrate properly. I have been stuck for months.
