Hermanites,

I think it would be a great idea to have a section on the site or on the forum where we can create or participate in Challenges or Contests. Like:

-Max rep Squats with 225lbs
-Run 5miles and post your time

-100 push ups a day for 10 days

And then post a video or a screenshot of running app as proof. Some contests can have a winner at the end of a set time. And other challenges are created only for participation (and maybe later can be rewarded with motivation points or something).

@Scott_Herman Maybe this is also a cool way to lure more people from youtube to MS:P.

Great idea Kevin. Actually it will help also the other to boost their motivation! Having challenge like this we can push them to reach their true potential and capacity! Count me in!

Great idea............so let me guess, you squat 225Lbs for 50 reps, run 5 miles in 20 minutes, and can do 100 push ups or more each day for a month already :-)

I've gotten all keen about your challenges before, Kevin.

I'm still trying to do a planche without headbutting the floor. I practice it strictly in the privacy of my own home. With a pillow, 'cos carpet burns on your forehead are never a good look.
