First circuit in a week!

Yesterday was a good kickstart. Adding in a new oblique exercise too.

Erica and I had a great time at the Arnold Classic, but we had ZERO time to lift.

Needless to say, yesterday was like jumpstarting a car with a dead battery! haha But we killed it anyways!

The circuit we did was pretty intense and I was able to add in a new exercise which I will definitely be making a video about to show you all proper form. It was a Landmine Oblique Twist. You don't HAVE to have the landmine attachment for the barbell to do this. You can just put the bottom of the barbell against a solid structure for support.

Here was the circuit:

  • 4 rounds
  1. Pull-Up (15 reps)
  2. Landmine Oblique Twist (15 reps per side)
  3. Dumbbell Shrug (15 reps)
  4. Advanced Leg-Lift (30 reps)
  5. Dips (15 reps)

Oh and we started off with a 5x5 DEADLIFT, muahahahahahaha!

Give it a try! Don't forget your BSN AMINO-X, you are going to need it!
