Hi Scott
I just upgraded to platinum membership and through the program selector -full body evolution was suggested to me as a work out routine. The problem is that I only have access to the Gym on Friday , Saturday , Sunday and Monday - while Tuesday and Wednesday I can only work out at home with very minimal equipment - Thursday is a white out.
I will have challenge following the schedule purposed (Workout plan A and Workout Plan B) and wondering if you have any thoughts? or suggestions.
