Hey guys, I've been working out CONSISTENTLY for about 2 years now. But there is one problem. Although I have been consistent, my nutrition hasn't been great. What I mean by that is I never went into a "bulking" phase I always ate in a caloric defecit. Obviously, after my newbie gains I hit a big plateau but continued eating in a defecit because I was afraid of getting fat. Now I have finally started a clean bulking phase, eating around 3,200 cals on my training days. I've been doing this for a little over a month. I don't see any progress nor do I feel that much stronger. Did I just waste these first few years or will I finally start gaining mass now that I'm finally eating in a surplus?

If you're not noticing progress, not gaining weight, and not getting stronger.. you're probably still not eating enough food. Have you used the calculator on the @mealplan page to see what your macros and calories should be?

Remember that's a starting point though. If you are following those numbers already but still aren't seeing results, that just means you need to increase them.
