Hey Scott!

So I started doing cheat and recoveries for my bicep and back workouts.  My question is when should I increase weight/reps?

Should I stick to 8 reps all the time and gradually increase weight? Or Increase weight and lower my reps.

Thanks.

Try to stick to 8 reps and gradually increase the weight every week or two if you can. You don't have to make big jumps, but small progress is better than no progress. For example, you might be able to lift a little heavier for 8 cheat reps, but still need to use the same weight for the 8 recover reps - or vice-versa - and that is OK.

Everything will be a lot clearer when the program is released as well 😁
