    Hello eveyone, first i'd like to apologize for posting here about the sub but i couldn't find another place to do this

    Thing is, i dont own a credit card nor bank account. Though i have a paypal account and a friend of mine can give me $8 so i can subscribe here.

    Seeing the paying methods, using paypal is an option. Can i use this even Without having a credit card number or bank account attached to my paypal account?

     

    Plus, how does the 1 free month trial works? will i have 2 months with those $8?

    Well you need a card associated with it somehow because otherwise you can't pay for the subscription once the free month trial is over. But if your account has money in there from your friend, it should work the same.

     

    The way the free month trial works is you simply enter the promo code when you register as PLATINUM, and you will get one month free from that day you sign up.

     

    After the first month is up, the PLATINUM membership will cost $7.99 per month, so it's only 1 free month, and then yes the next month after that (and all other months after that) would be $7.99 per month, so technically you're right, you can get your first 2 months for just the one payment if you use the free promo code 😊

    After no response to three separate emails sent to your customer service I have no other choice but to report you as a fraudalant charge to my bank and go to consumer report and tell them about you conduct your business. This is complete BS. Should not be this hard to get in contact with someone to unsubscribe.

    @travisreid Hey Travis.

     

    To unsubscribe from your platinum membership, simply click on your profile image near the top right hand corner of the screen (you will see your name there, and an arrow pointing down). This will open a drop down menu.

     

    One of the options from this drop down menu is 'MY ACCOUNT'. Simply click on that, go to where it says 'Membership Type:', and you can downgrade your account to GOLD status.

     

    Also, it looks like my customer service team responded to BOTH e-mails you sent.  Please do not insult me or my business due to your inability to check your spam. I am sorry you are upset, but we have done everything we were supposed to do.  You can cancel anytime by going to MY ACCOUNT and changing to GOLD.
