I might have to stop working out for a few weeks for personal reasons. My BMR at rest is about 1700. I'm getting about 2300 on rest days and about 2700 on workout days. How many calories should I eat during this time to maintain my weight? Should I just make sure to stay over 1700? Just to be clear, I wouldn't be working out whatsoever or doing any physical activities.

@nyyanks937 I would probably aim for at least 2000. Remember, 1700 is just for your body to function. Unless you're going to be completely sedentary - like not walking around at all - then you'll need a bit more than that. I would say start with at least 2000 and then gauge how things go over the first 2 weeks as to whether you need to change it.
