Hey guys, do you think I could switch barbell Ben press to dumbell in the 12 week program, since I don't have a spotter? :)

Of course. Scott's programs are frameworks from which you can change/modify as needed to meet your needs. What is more important is following the program and eating correctly.

@Batmand500 absolutely you can! I actually have a variation of how to barbell bench press without a spotter coming in my Cheat & Recover program too so you can look out for that as well, it might be something you can do at your gym! 😁

Just a last question, I lost a lot of weight swimming, and have reached my goal, in the weight loss department. But I actually really like swimming, if I want to build muscle, should I stop swimming? Could it be killing my gains?

@Batmand500 you can still keep swimming, it's a great form of cardio and won't hurt your gains just so long as you eat enough food to stay in a surplus. Also, I'd suggest that if you do swimming and training together, always do swimming AFTER you hit the weights 😁
