How much time will it take to build muscle especially biceps and triceps.

How much time will it take to build muscle especially biceps and triceps.

This is almost like asking "How long is a piece of string?" The time it will take to build any muscle group comes down to the following:

 

1) Age

2) Genetics

3) Nutrition

4) Training frequency, intensity, and consistency

5) Amount of rest

 

There is no hard and fast rule on how long as everyone is different and not everyone adheres to the things listed above - especially #'s 3 and 4. In general, if you are eating right, training right, and getting enough rest, you should see some noticeable improvements in muscle size and shape in 6 months. Large transformations in your physique, both in size and strength, will take at least 1 year. The key is consistency and giving your body the proper nutrients to build lean mass.

John has hit the nail on the head @Puchu! There isn't a given time period, it all depends on the person. The first thing you need to do is make sure your training, eating and sleeping are on point!!
