Hey Nation!

 

I am proud to present another HARDCORE "The Expendables 3" workout series! This time, you can bring the workout home just like the Blue-Ray / DVD release!

 

See what I did there? haha

 

But seriously Nation. These workouts are no joke. I did each one about 6 times and let me tell you what.. Most programs have 30 second intervals when it comes to the training time.

In this workout the intervals are ONE MINUTE and as soon as you hit the halfway point, your body will start to SCREAM for mercy.

My production crew told me they felt my pain as they sat back and filmed.. lol

 

This is the first of 5 workouts and it is focued on the LOWER BODY, so hit it as hard as you can!

 

The next workout in the series will be targeted toward UPPER BODY! #HTH

Upper Body Assault… It’s going to be exactly how it sounds Hermanites!

 

With each door you have to push or pull open tomorrow you will be reminded of this workout.

 

No one said being an EXPENDABLE was going to be easy, now get ready and let’s tear up this workout!

 

This is the second of five workouts in this series. Focus and push yourself through each minute of torment Nation. At first it might seem like doing these exercises for one minute straight is impossible, but then again… pushing THORUGH the impossible is what makes us HERMANITES!

It’s not a requirement to have chiseled abs & obliques to join the EXPENDABLES crew, but that doesn’t mean I’m not going to help you get them anyways!

 

Today’s workout is going to push your core past it’s limit and by this time tomorrow you might want to not watch anything that is going to make you laugh…

If you made it this far I know you have what it takes to push through the pain… but how far are you willing to go?

 

EXPENDABLES will die before they fail a mission.

 

Your mission today: Let the burning sensation of your quads and glutes about to explode give YOU the mental capability to focus and complete this workout! Now let’s DO IT!

If you’ve got big plans this weekend… you better cancel them.

 

Today is the fifth and final installment of your from Pretendable To Expendable workout series and I plan on leaving you beaten and battered.

 

Really push it as hard as you can today Hermanites because you are going to have two days of rest before starting the program all over again.

 

So take a deep breathe, get down in plank position and let’s DO THIS!
