I am proud to present another HARDCORE "The Expendables 3" workout series! This time, you can bring the workout home just like the Blue-Ray / DVD release!

But seriously Nation. These workouts are no joke. I did each one about 6 times and let me tell you what.. Most programs have 30 second intervals when it comes to the training time.
In this workout the intervals are ONE MINUTE and as soon as you hit the halfway point, your body will start to SCREAM for mercy.
My production crew told me they felt my pain as they sat back and filmed.. lol
This is the first of 5 workouts and it is focued on the LOWER BODY, so hit it as hard as you can!
The next workout in the series will be targeted toward UPPER BODY! #HTH
