I was able to crush this workout in about an hour and a half.

 

The pump was AMAZING and I knew the workout was intense as fatigue set in pretty quick!

 

I was definitely happy I had my @BSN AMINO-X during training! #BSNArmy

 

Stay focused and push through the end Nation! You got this! #HTH #SHFAthlete

 

Superset 1: 4 sets / 10 reps

  1. Barbell Bench Press
  2. Pull-Up

 

Superset 2: 4 sets / 10 reps

  1. Incline Dumbbell Fly
  2. Seated Low Cable Row

 

Superset 3: 4 sets / 10 reps

  1. Incline Barbell Bench Press
  2. Barbell Bent-Over Row (palms facing up)

 

Superset 4: 4 sets / 10 reps

  1. Single-Arm Bent-Over Cable Press
  2. Standing Cable Lat Push-Down

 

ABS CIRCUIT: 3 rounds / 20 reps per exercise

  1. Hammer Strength Ab Crunch
  2. Leg Lift
  3. Mountain Climbers (1-1 count)

Looks like a hardcore workout man! I don't superset much, but I am definitely going to try this sometime

Tried the routine, when I got to the 3rd superset my incline bench press was weak lol great routine keep them coming !!

Gabriela,

 

It is like doing standing cable flyes only you bend over and using one arm you press the cable handle towards the floor. The cable pulley is mounted high like on a cable flye.

Hey Scott when doing the chest flies are you activating the same muscles when doing a cable crossover

yes and no. depending on the angle you could bring more shoulders into the movement with cables.

I like to do both honestly. Switch it up week to week.
