One of my favorite ABS / OBLIQUES exercises

Do this at the END of your ab workout. It makes the exercise CRAZY HARD!

This movement takes some coordination, but will yield amazing results. You can even take it to the next level by holding 2.5 pound weights in each hand! I personally like to do 3 - 4 sets of 20 reps. #HTH #SHFAthlete

I was doing just the normal ones of these up until a couple of weeks ago...might be time to get back into them and take it to the next level by targeting the obliques I think!

I love this type of ab exercise. A word of caution to all newbies, you should work up to this type of ab workout instead doing this right out of the box. I say this because I did this type of ab workout several years ago before I had a stronger core and received a nice hernia...ugh!! My core is much stronger now and can handle more of this type of ab workout.
