Pistol Squat - Build Leg Strength & Correct Muscle Imbalances!
The pistol squat is a great test of balance and leg strength. Everyone has a dominant side which can cause muscle imbalances in your arms and legs. For some the imbalance is very small but for others, especially beginners, the imbalance can be quite severe.
Utilize the pistol squat to help correct any imbalance you might have and build more leg strength which will ultimately help you in all your lower body movements including your vertical jump!
Add 3 - 4 sets of 12 - 15 reps to your next work out!
