Last night I took it to a higher level. Was all over the place for a week so yesterday I just CRUSHED IT! Burn sets like CRAZY!!!!! YEAH!

Was just wondering if you could post a couple of your favourite HIIT training routines? HIIT is hard work but it's SO GOOD! Love that feeling after pumping out a hardcore workout.
Try this routine....
Push ups
BB triceps extension lying
V abs
Pull ups
Zotman curl
V abs
U work it all together and....do it all every set!!
1 set- 10 reps
2 set- 15 reps
3 set- max reps!!
That is HIIT training for upper body!! Goog luck and be strong bro' !
