You've made complete transformation, even relocate tatoo from left shoulder/arm to the right :)

Where to go from here, is a question for you and you have to decide alone what your next steps will be. Do you want to maintain current status, want to gain more muscle mass, get stronger,... These are your personal goals and we can't really advice you what to do ;)

Thanks GT! I'd like to put on even more mass while staying just as lean. But it all takes time, I hope to some day to compete! I'll just have to reset my goals and continue to train hard!

I don't have the knowledge to helpat the moment. But amazing work to get yourself in that type of condition!!

Just don't stay to long without a specific goal, you don't want to go backwards.

Awsome job

your looking good man. You have really gotten shredded! My question is if you do want to compete in bodybuilding competitions, what is the weight you want to compete at ?

Thanks everyone for the motivation! I'll be uploading some more recent pics here shortly. Im doing monthly transformation photos for the whole year to gauge my progress. Not gonna lie after the summer I bulked up quite a bit. And Jonny from what I've read online about competitive bodybuilding I'd probably shoot for the Light-Heavy Weight class. Correct me if I'm wrong, as Im new to this and just began researching but I believe that weight class is 176 - 198? Once again thank you everyone!

Here are some more updated pics of my current 12 month transformation Jan - March. As you can tell I bulked up quite a bit from summer to the beginning of January. Fell of the wagon during the holiday season as far as diet went (to many cheat meals lol). I've feel like Im making good progress, back on strict diet, lifting 6 days a week. I've became significantly stronger since summer hoping to keep the numbers up while leaning out! Once it gets warmer ill be hitting the track again for 100m sprints! Current weight is right around 165 - 170. All critiques are welcome!

Great job!

Take your time to define your goals very good. If you'll really go to competition level, your solid goals will support your motivation, focus and commitment for trainings and diet. Being semi(pro) athlete is more stressfull than most people think.

Thanks man! Not doing anything to special, work out 6 days a week followed by 100m sprints two or three times a week when its warmer out. I'm not really one to give advise on diet but i know during the summer i ate very low carb, high protien.

Holy shit Cody, you look phenomenal. What does your meal plan look like? You must be at about 8% body fat now.
