Early 2017

Early 2018 (this year)

Hey guys just want to introduce myself to this forum and also Scott... I've been using his Youtube videos workout for quite some time now whenever I'm lost about a workout

Early 2017 I did okay but coming to the end I'm dealing with personal stuff, money, my dad's death, and my best friend's death so I'm pretty much lost track. This is me trying to get back to it.

Any feedback will be welcomed.

Thank you.

Honestly man you should just find out your TDEE and eat 250-500 LESS calories than your TDEE. Get back to the gym and work. If you want to achieve you will. It's just all about calories in vs calories out. Do some research on food and try to eat food you like don't just eat chicken and rice. Find something you enjoy eating that's not garbage. Good luck man!

Hey @ahmal_fitness, sorry to hear about your recent losses my friend. Those kinds of things can definitely make your fitness take a back seat. But if you are wanting to get back on track now, as Arnold said above, you just need to get your diet on track first and foremost. Go to the @mealplan page to do some calculations, and post again here if you need help.

I'm guessing you will be looking to lose a bit of fat first? Have you been thinking about starting any of the programs here on the site?
