Hey so i am a 16 year old male and at the moment i weigh 80kgs (176lbs) and i am 1.82 metres tall. During the middle of 2013 i weighed 97kg at the same height as i am now and i was overweight so i started to lose the weight and eventually started to hit the gym. So now i am at a weight that i am happy with but i just have this belly fat still sitting on my stomach. I was just wondering what you have to say on what i should do in order to lose this. At the moment im having around 200g of protein per day with a max of 150g of carbs per day. Is what im doing right? Or should i change my diet to something else. And yes i do eat clean and do my best to stick away from any junk food. It would be great if you could help me out a bit, thanks so much! Heres a couple of pics of what i look like at the moment:

PS: I dont mind if i have to put on a bit or lose a bit of weight in order for me to lose this belly fat and make my abs appear

Protein intake could be a little higher, I think. You should also calculate your needs and what you eat on a daily basis to make sure you're not putting on too much. Apart from that, just hit it hard in the gym!

Scott has a great video on abs workout. I'll attach it to this post below.
