Justin,

You definitely have some good mass.  I would guess your body fat to be around 17% (+/- 2%).  If you cut down to 165-170Lbs and 7-8% bodyfat, you will looked jacked.  I would start slowly reducing your carbs and up your protein (make sure you are getting at least 250 grams) and do cardio at least 4 times a week and you should be well on your way :-)

Great advice John!

J-Wal, can you list for us your daily macros / calories?

Also, be carefull with bulking.  As you creat more fat cells they never go away.  I personally don't see the point to gaining 30lbs just to lose 25lbs of it later.  I am all about that LEAN bulking brotha! #HTH

thanks guys for the feedback. I'm goin to cut out my simple carbs and stick to complex. I don't count calories or macros. I just make sure I have protien and carbs every meal.  I agree id rather  lean bulk all year round.

Happy to help.  But I am going to be a bit stern with you and say stop making excuses and COUNT YOUR MACROS.  In 2 - 3 months from now when you look CRAZY LEAN and feel stronger than ever because you hit your protein goal everyday you will be happy I told you so

Also should I aim for gaining still with the counting of macros if I want to cut down in body fat?

Hey brotha!

If I were you I would focus on lean gains.  High protein, low carb diet.  There is no sense in gaining all that fat when you can make lean gains

Also, you can stick to your current muscle split program.  Just add a few days of total body training (like 2) and do 20-25minutes of cardio AFTER your muscle splits 2 - 3 times a week.

Did you figure out your daily calories/macros yet?

Yea I'll start doing cardio 3 times a week. I downloaded an app to count macros. There are 3 settings. Cutting, Maintaining, and Weight Gain. Not too sure which one to do if I'm trying to cut down BF and still gain. I've put in everything I'm going to eat today and my Carb percentage is too high. Thanks for the help bud!!
