    How often should i lift

    September 4, 2019, 9:55 am

Hello, I've been lifting for a couple of years but i havent seen much results , so instead of working out my upper body on Tuesdays and Saturdays and working out my legs on Wednesdays and Sundays, i'm thinking of working my upper body on Tuesdays,Thursdays and Saturdays and working my legs on Wednesdays ,Fridays and Sundays. Would i see more results that way or would it be too much ? Here are my workout routines :

I also do cardio around every 2 days.

Also can I change the sets and reps from my leg workout to the ones in the upper body workout ?

@audxius Yes you can start doing upper / lower 3 times weekly and the exercises in this look alright, but I don't think the reps are ideal with upper body. I'm guessing these are kind of like a circuit and that you only have access to dumbbells? Have you checked out my home program workouts? They are dumbbell only as well and might be a bit better! https://muscularstrength.com/12-Week-Home-Program
