    Fullbody workout with arms focus

    Hey guys since Scott is releasing a fullbody workouts soon and ill hop on them i wanna ask you what do you think about this workout.Its not rly a full arm only workout but its mostly with arms focus

     

    EXERCISE                    Sets                Rep Goal                    Rest

    Barbell Squat                   5                     4 to 6                     1 - 2 min

    Pull ups/chin ups            4                       10                         60 sec

    Dips(weighed)                 4                       10                         60 sec

     

    SUPERSET 1 

    Arnold press                     4                     8 to 10                      

    Lateral raises                    4                     8 to 10                     60 sec.

    SUPERSET 2 

    Bicep curls                        4                     8 to 10            

    Skull crushers                   4                     8 to 10                      60 sec.

    SUPERSET 3 

    Hammer curls                   4                    8 to 10                     

    Triceps pulldown              4                     8 to 10                     60 sec.

     

     

     

    What do you guys think i would love to hear what you and Scott think about it.

    @nikiking This looks great man! You have a good heavy compound movement first, and then just a couple of other exercises to finish off the biceps and triceps later in the workout. Maybe you could go in the 4 - 6 or 8 6 - 8 rep range for the first exercises (chin-ups & dips) so that you are making that a bit heavier to overload.

     

    Once my full body program comes out though, the arm training will be a little different, but it will still DESTROY your arms 💪 😁
