Everyday after school I do the stuff I need to do, workout for about an hour , and do cardio(walking) for about an hour and a half and after that, I have no free time. So is there a more effective way to do cardio so I would lose about the same amount of calories(or more) but faster? Because of how much I try to do I have no free time and I want to change that... And how often should I do the alternative cardio if there is another way?

@Audxius Do more High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) for your cardio man, you will be able to burn the same amount of calories in less than half the amount of time.

If you did 20-30 minutes of HIIT instead of your 90 minutes of walking, you would possibly burn even MORE calories. And the good thing about HIIT is it helps your body keep burning through calories throughout the day.

I wouldn't do it everyday.. maybe 2-3 times a week, that's more than enough really.

And if you need an example of HIIT - it would be sprinting for 1 minute, then walking for 1 minute, and repeat that cycle for 20-30 minutes.
