I just wanted to ask about goal setting; since I'm a newbie, I want your opinions on which programs/exercises I should do in order to achieve a certain body type. For example, I want to know if after 12 weeks with the Bodyweight Beginner Workout Program (I went with this since I'm new and don't want to injure myself), I'd be able to achieve a Spiderman-like physique (Tom Holland's body would be a great example); if not, then should I proceed with the 12 week home program to be able to achieve the aforementioned goal?

I also checked Tom Holland's body stats so as to have an estimate that I can plug into the meal plan app, so the nutrition part of it can be ruled out of the question here since I already know the macros and micros that I need to hit.

I'm just asking so as to not waste time and energy doing things not really helping me achieve my goals. I'm on roll with my daily routines, I just don't want myself to stop just because I noticed I wasn't hitting my goals all along.

Also posted this thread for others who'd want suggestions on getting that Super Saiyan muscles and forms, or to those kids who'd want that My Hero Academia gains!

Thanks in advance! :)

@RockingAngel13 I think the bodyweight beginner workout program will give you a good base to work into that kind of physique. It will definitely help you 'shape up' if you are lean, and as a beginner you will gain some size while doing it. To then take your size a bit further with progressive overload, moving onto the 12 week home program would be a great idea.

Just remember that you should never try to look EXACTLY like someone else. Because everyone has different genetics. You can definitely have idols that you look up to for motivation in terms of their work ethic and shape, but don't chase their exact measurements.

At the end of the day, the home program will give you bette results than the bodyweight beginner program. So if you're ready for the 12 week home program, start there. If you think you need a little bit of time to work into that, then keep following the bodyweight beginner program until you think you are ready for the next step.

Does that make sense?
