I have NO IDEA where to start.

I genuinely, most seriously, outmost passionately am ECSTATIC to begin my journey in not only
looking good (like Scott) but also FEELING GOOD. I want to Gain muscle, as well as gain the
proper strength that goes with that muscle. I want to do this RIGHT, but im afraid of wasting
too much time in making the wrong mistakes. I want to keep this as a hobby in mainting the
look and the quality of muscle but do not plan going beyond that like those huge guys. I'd
also like to have the ability and pleasure of enjoying any meal when time permits.


It's my first time and I'd like to have a good starting point.

Where is a good source of information that tells you everything you need to know for beginners?
I was looking at Scotts 12 week challenge and it looks like something I would do because
of my motivation, but i'm a broke college student.

So guys, where do I begin and build from? Thank you.

 

 

 

 

Edit: I also want to get to the point where I'm doing regular pull ups, muscle ups like easy!!
