Inversion Boots Giveaway!

We will be picking one MALE and one FEMALE winner!

HOW TO ENTER:

  1. “LIKE” the HomeFitnessEquipment Facebook page.
  2. Go to www.HomeFitnessEquipment.org and pick your FAVORITE piece of equipment and tell us in a comment below why you chose it.

EXAMPLE:

  • My favorite piece of equipment: Inversion Boots
  • Link: https://www.homefitnessequipment.org/inversionboots.aspx
  • Why: The Inversion Boots are AWESOME! Not only can you use them to hang upside-down for a hardcore abdominal workout, but you can keep them on throughout your entire routine for an added 3lbs per leg! For me, this is just enough so that I can still perform all the same exercises but the added weight boosts the level of difficulty. You can run while wearing the boosts to amplify up your cardio workouts as well!

Contest Ends December 1st, 2013

*Get Bonus Points for tweeting out the link to your favorite equipment with hashtag #homefitness

  • My favorite piece of equipment: Inversion Boots
  • Link: http://www.homefitnessequipment.org/inversionboots.aspx
  • Why: Where as I have never used these before, I am always looking for ways to mix up my routines and do different exercies to keep gaining musle and doing better in my workouts.  I really need to do a few more abdominal excerices because that is the last area I am still having a little trouble.  I do sit ups, leg lifts and crunches, but this would really help my workout.

  • My favorite piece of equipment: The Doorway Chin Up Bar
  • Link: http://www.homefitnessequipment.org/thedoorwaychinupbarfreeshipping.aspx
  • Why: I live in an older house, so the thicker mouldings and uneven surfaces make it hard to find a pull-up bar that'll work. This one fits differently around the frame (and is adjustable!) so I can still get a good workout no matter where I live!

Heey ! ;)

i looove this one! http://www.homefitnessequipment.org/multi-purposetrainingsledfreeshipping.aspx

why? because this is so awesome!

not only u can drag this sled with light weights for sprinting and conditiniong, you can although pull and push it for the complete back and front muscles.

you can load it heavy and do heavy sprints or even walks and DESTROY your quadtriceps or just sprint 200meters or something!

and dont forgett the abs and lower back work with every step u take!

its a complete workout tool that needs nothing more than creativity and a few heavy paltes!

aaaand you look damn cool with it ;)

Weighted vest. I dont have this exactly, but a different one. I love weighted vests, its a very good piece of equipment, much easier than a dip belt when you does weighted dips / chins. It´s also a great way to improve your cardio, using it in your HIIT training!

  • My favorite piece of equipment: A Power Rack
  • Link: http://www.homefitnessequipment.org/powercagefreeshipping.aspx
  • Why: A Power rack is really all you need, you can do your squats, deadlifts, curls, pull ups, dips, and shoulder presses.  Get yourself a bench and you can do all your flat and incline chest presses as well.  Sure you might not be able to do certain isolaion movements but with a power rack you are able to do all your compound movements (which are arguably the most important) and still be able to work on certain isolation movements.  I will definitely be investing in a solid power rack in the future when I start planning my home gym.  (Inversion boots would be a nice addition to the power rack as well ;] ).

  • My favorite piece of equipment: The Doorway Chin Up Bar
  • Link: http://www.homefitnessequipment.org/thedoorwaychinupbarfreeshipping.aspx
  • Why: The Doorway Chin Up Bar is in my opinion the best piece of equipment you can have in your home. It doesn't take almost any room and you can do many exercises with it, for example you can do exercises for biceps, back and abs, especially ih you have a pair of Inversion Boots, you just need to have a big door so you don't hit the floor with your head. :)

My favorite piece of equipment is the Hand Bouys single disc water dumbbells, which you can find here, http://www.homefitnessequipment.org/handbuoys-singlediscfreeshipping.aspx. The reason why is because living in Florida we have all year access to pools and the east coast. Having these dumbbells available would be nice for those early morning workouts when the rest of the day is filled with the regular day in day out things such as work, school, family and whatever else it may be.

Scott stay awesome and keep doing what youre doing, Ive been looking up to you for the last couple of years and no body on youtube or the fitness community compares to what you make available to your followers!

Hey Scott and Home Fitness Equipment, I choose the http://www.homefitnessequipment.org/f430powercagefreeshipping.aspx The power cage, It's right in my price range, doesnt have a huge foot print and you get so many amazing full body excersizes with it, from the many varietys of bench press exercises, sqauts, back excersizes like pull ups and the pull down option is great, You can also hit the trips with the dip bars or work core with leg lifts. Its a perfect machine for any home pumper. Great contest especailly this time of the year. Ill definatly be sending this link to my wife. I just seen they also have free shipping, Thats a huge plus for such a big unit.

My favorite piece of equipment: DIPPING BELT BABY!!!

Link: http://www.homefitnessequipment.org/leatherdippingbeltfreeshipping.aspx

I LOVE dip belts! They make your workout so much more intense! When body weight lifts are just too easy anymore, a dip belt will help take you to the next level. If you really wanna feel that burn in your triceps slap one of these bad boys on and a couple of plates and I guaruntee you'll be feeling it. They will help you gain size and strength. These are also excellent to help with pullups/chinups and all the other variations as well.

Now I now some people prefer the weight vest over the belt (those are badass too) but I haven't seen any vests that go over 40lbs and I'm already dipping 55lbs (shootin for 65 tomorrow!) I wish my pullups were that good (only at 25lbs...)

I'd have to say the best part about using a dip belt is when you take it off after using it for a couple of weeks. Do some pullups and dips with just body weight and you can feel how much easier they are. You'll be able to bang out more reps and increase your range of motion, and that is one of the best feelings in the world!

Also, who doesn't love the looks you get in the gym when you're going beast-mode with some weighted dips and pullups. (Just remember to keep your ego in check!)
