Firstly, welcome to the site !!
I like almost all Amon Amarth songs and Motorhead songs. I also listen to Iron maiden and Jorn from time to time. I used to listen to disturbed when I was younger but I personally feel like they have a very soft style so I do not really enjoy listening to them anymore. I also never liked slipknot, do not know exactly why to be honest I just never liked their music. Obviously people have different taste in music, I listen to everything from black metal to jazz or scatmusic (Scatman John) If I had to chose a few songs for workouts it would be these:
Motorhead: Outlaw, End of time, Get back in line
Amon Amarth: Shape Shifter, Bloodshed, A beast am I
Manowar: Sign of the hammer, Dark avanger, Thor (the powerhead)
