    Rappin for Clangin and Bangin!

    March 25, 2015, 10:48 am

A lot of the commercial gyms keep playing heavy metal and death metal music in my area. I'm a fan of the genres but I kinda like listening to rap music more.

What are you're favorite raps to pump you for your workouts?

    My playlist includes:
    1. Not Afraid - Eminem

    2. Get up - 50 Cent

    3. Fastlane - Eminem

    4. I can Transform Ya - Chris Brown ft. Lil Wayne (Not a rap strictly but still)

    5. Guts over fear - Eminem

    6. They Way I am - Eminem

I am kinda biased towards Em. Let me know some of your favorites and I'll add 'em to my playlist

Yeah man Eminem is right up there - have you got 'Till I Collapse' and 'Lose Yourself'?

A couple of others you might like...

    1. Here Comes The Boom - Nelly

    2. Can't Be Touched - Roy Jones

I don't know if you would class Pitbull as rap really...but most of his songs are awesome!

I have "Loose Yourself" but not in the weight room playlist. I reserve it for cardio sessions. I guess I'll add "Till I collapse" to both these lits as well.

Pitbull has good music... His songs are amongst the go-to songs during our dance practice sessions.
