Not sure exacltly what is up with my body but there are some real imbalances present. About 2 years ago I noticed the barbell wasnt level when i squatted. 4 months ago I noticed my shoulders were uneven. went to a physio who told me my scapula are uneven (which is true). However, after taking photos yesterday I have noticed even more problems with my posture - my whole upper body seems to be tilted to one side from the belly button up!

I am 21 now, so i think this started when i was 19 and has probably gotten progressively worse. I guess this means my spine isnt straight so i want to sort this as soon as possible! I dont believe it is scoliosis. I think whatever imbalances i have attained (eg the uneven scapula) have caused this tilting of the upper body?

Regarding my even scapula, I am not sure which one is in the correct position - is the right too low or the left too high?

I am not sure how this has happened but I really want to sort it to avoid any injuries when im training, plus I hate the way it looks!

If anyone can look at my pictures and tell me what the problem(s) are and exaclty how I can go about addressing it I would be extremely grateful, this is a big weight on my mind.

Thank you very much

@Jools If anything it looks like it could actually be your hips - it looks like one hip may be sitting higher than the other and that could be where your issue is. That being said, if the physio said it was your scapula then I'm sure they're onto something. They didn't give you any rehabiliation exercises to do?
