So I've been having issues with my rotator cuff and need some help on exercise replacements for chest / shoulders. I'm pretty sure it was a combination of me not doing rotator cuff exercises before and from when I was doing incline bench and the bench was loose and shifted on me (which pulled right shoulder). I'm seeing a physical therapist about it but he didn't seem to have much advice on lifts I can do to replace some that I'm doing (thanks VA), mainly something for chest and shoulders. I'm already doing some exercises to help my rotator cuff also (right shoulder) mostly just need some chest and shoulder exercise replacements.
