Hello community, for the past 2 weeks I have discovered that I have been feeling some mild pain in my knees when doing T-bar rows. The strange thing is that I have been doing them for months but the pain only appeared recently. I didn't make any significant weight increase on this exercise, and I am confident I follow Scott's guidelines for this exercise as seen in his videos. However, I feel like my knees are under stress, it's as if they are caving in and pushing inward, even though I  keep them pushed out. The pain is even more prominent when doing the one hand variation of this exercise. Any suggestions?

Do you think you could post a video of your form here in this @forum thread @O8eiosSam? That would give us a better idea of whether or not it could be a form issue you're not aware of.

If the knees are caving in while trying to push them out.. that's probably what it is. If the knees aren't actually caving in, it could be that you're turning the movement more into a leg exercise if you are doing cheat reps, which can happen as you use your legs for momentum to get the weight up. And there might be something going on when you do that, that's causing some pain.
