hi

I have a mild scoliosis. and it gives me an annoying shape (there is photos)

I think the cause of it is that I used to put solid pillow under me and lean against it by my left side while playing games for 5 hours at least :(

I used to do a lot of thing that f... up my posture, but now I’m working on it (I’m doing ur APT routine BTW)

my question is , can I do something to fix my scoliosis at home by exercises?

I heard that it only can be fixed by surgery and that’s really disappointing cuz I cant do that :(

(I dont know if this is the right section)

Hey bro.

Fixing it depends on the situation.. if it's actually muscle tightness that is causing that lean/angle in your back, then it can probably be made better with stretching and maybe some massage appointments.

If it's definitely scoliosis and it's a bone situation.. then from what I know, I think you will need surgery unfortunately 😐 Have you been to see a specialist about it? I think that would be your next best move my friend.
