I played football two months ago and got pushed off the ball which hurt my right knee on the right side. I can't squat atm past 90, it hurts putting weight on it, went to the doctor and she said to not weight train till it healed and gave me some pills for the swelling. 2 months on, it hurts doing hamstring curls and squats but not leg extensions. Any tips to over come this injury, ie some exercises.
some other info, i warm up and strech regually.
