which program is better for a beginner that has good tecnique with compound lifts, can train up to 6 days a week and thier main goal is to gain muscle. 

The ppl or Fullbody evoloution program?

@jexert If you want to train 6 days per week and work on your compounds, I'd suggest going with PPL man. That way you can easily hit your 6 days each week and you can focus on form AND strength with the reverse pyramid sets of your compounds! https://muscularstrength.com/Push-Pull-Legs
