    Calories Burned

    Hi Scott,

    I am 54 31% body fat, 5'3 145lbs, eat 1350-1550 calories. My workout plan: I'm in the first-month third week of The 12 Week Home Program. How many calories do we burn with each workout in the program?

    @shapeingup the amount of calories you burn depends on your bodyweight generally (heavier people will likely burn more calories than lighter people), muscle mass has an impact too (the more muscle mass you have, the more calories you will burn), and of course how hard you push yourself, so it will vary from person to person.

     

    You won't really know unless you get some kind of calorie tracker like a FitBit. But have you also been to the @mealplan page to get your above calories? By using the calculator it will give you an idea of how many calories you'd be burning with exercise/what numbers to aim for 😊
