    full body evolution

    September 2, 2020, 8:27 am

    Hi Scott,

I decided to do your training program full body evolution and I have some questions: (I hope this is the place to ask them)

    1. First of all it is a pity that there is no major exercise which is bench pressing and it is strange that I did not see it there.

    2. Second, is this the whole plan? I mean two days A and B?

From my experience in the gym before certain exercises should do warm up and also warm up sets. And because I did not see an explanation in the videos of the show itself you might be able to refer me to videos or articles like that. This is actually important.

Overall the program looks good and quite difficult for beginners because of the super sets. But lacks continuity to these two days. How long to practice it and where to continue?

And last thing, I hope you can help me understand and learn the way to practice because knowing this is the name of the game here. Can you refer me to a source of information on strength training or muscle development.

Anyway thank you for the help

    Goodbye

    @eran101 Hey Eran!

    1. There is an incline dumbbell press my friend! While it's not a flat bench press, it will still hit your entire chest while at the same time placing a little more emphasis on the upper chest. If you wanted to add more chest work, you can do that on your off days!

    2. Yes it is the whole plan. You would run this for around 6 - 8 weeks minimum and see how you're progressing from there.

As for the warm-up sets, that's kind of a given. I don't really include that in any of my programs because I don't expect people to walk into the gym and immediately start squatting with 225lbs (unless they're an absolute beast! Haha). So it should go without saying that you need to do some warm-up sets!

There is also loads of articles here which cover things like strength and hypertrophy training man, as well as many of my videos on YouTube!

    Hello Scott,

So thank you for coming back and answering these questions for me. Thanks for the extra explanation about your program. I miss a bit more details / guidance / explanation on how to do heating sets correctly? I mean how many lifts and how many sets? Because it changes as the work weights increase.

Regarding the chest exercise, thank you for answering me and giving me an answer. But it does not seem right to me to do bench presses on a day off. This is too serious an exercise for a day of rest. And even if so then at all how much to do?

I guess I'm quite nagging you here about the show and maybe this is not the place for it. And if so for both things then say so I do not do nonsense.

Thank you man and keep going strong
